After a top-secret experiment goes awry, a hyper-intelligent invisible predator escapes from a lab and begins to wreak havoc on the surrounding neighborhood. When the creature’s identity is revealed, it soon becomes clear that the despised paleontologist – along with his ex-girlfriend, an amusement park janitor and a well-known local chicken farmer – is the town’s only hope of surviving the predator’s rampage.
