A Montana ranching family faces another encroachment on their land. Forrie J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is a seasoned rodeo veteran. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to “forget” his Montana accent and revert to the SoCal voice he normally uses. Featured in WatchMojo: 10 Best Summer TV Shows You Shouldn’t Watch (2018). I don’t think anyone does it better than Kevin Costner in Westerns, and since Taylor Sheridan writes, it’s a win-win for viewers. Check out “Wind River” for an example of what Taylor Sheridan can do. Where was Cole Hauser hiding? He’s incredible. I think the girl is a necessary part, but she’s too good to be a scoundrel. The scenery is fantastic, and being from Colorado, I can really appreciate the vast and beautiful landscape. Do yourself a favor and tune in to this series because it’s going to be a winner.
